After googling the name of the man who did the video of a bird's eye view of Victorian Manchester I came across another fascinating 3D reconstruction of the Peterloo Massacre. Here’s the link for anyone interested https://vimeo.com/216122108
There are several other videos that are just as fascinating including a balloon ride over Victorian Manchester.

Sequence of events on 16th March 1819 in Manchester known as the Peterloo Massacre. Created as an exercise to better understand what happened that day. Created using various written accounts and maps found on the internet. Big thank you to Historic England in the production of this animation. I second that.
Other protests in Lancashire which ended in tragedy were Chatterton 1826 and Preston 1842.

Do you know it is now called The Chatterton Fight.

Handloom weavers smashed the powerlooms which were taking away their
livelihood.
The army were pretty brutal and one of the Grant brothers read The Riot act.
I suppose the demonstrators were Luddites,but they faced real deprivation and hunger.
The site of the mill where the looms were broken is now a playing field,gifted by Colonel Austin Porrit,as a WWI memorial,
