A while ago I posted something about the newly indexed bonds in NROCAT
http://www.rootschat.com/forum/index.php?topic=779623.msg6337965#msg6337965
But (very recently) I was searching for a wedding;
http://www.rootschat.com/forum/index.php?topic=791283.msg6471876#msg6471876
Which went very well.
What I glossed over at the time was that familysearch dropped me DIRECTLY onto the bond image from their record page;
Here's the record - just click the image
https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:NFR3-9XT
Anyone know what the coverage of this (wonderfulness) is?

The blurb under the image gives citation and catalogue reference. Not sure what else you are looking for :-\

When I click on the link, all it does is take me to a transcript of the marriage details. :-\
The film number quoted is part of this collection - https://www.familysearch.org/search/catalog/482201?availability=Family%20History%20Library. Is this what you want regarding the coverage?

hi are you researching bonds ?

There seems to be some confusion; here's what I see for the record (link as previously posted)

When I click the image (i.e. where the magnifying glass is), I get straight to this image of a Bond (I've zoomed in)

My question is; how many Marriage Bonds from the NRO have been fully indexed by familysearch in this lovely manner? I'm pretty sure this is a new thing.

Ok, doesn't appear in IE11 (which admittedly Familysearch are forever telling me to change from) but does in Edge. ::) I knew some features weren't working in IE now but not that one.
I think all you can do with what Familysearch may or may not have indexed is try. As with Ancestry and FindMyPast, there is no guarantees they have done all of them or indexed them correctly.

Wow! I have just stumbled across your post.
Thanks so much, I had no idea about this and it has just helped me find a missing marriage bond I had been looking for for ages!!
This is very exciting indeed. Thank you very much for letting us know.
