You need to give us more information from this census.  Was Sarah married if so what was her maiden name and who did she marry

As Rosie says, we need more info.
If she is the lady in 1841 with Charles Patient and children, youngest Martha
Baptism of Martha, daughter of Charles + Sally Patient, 20 October 1839, Great Easton
BT here
https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:9Q97-YSL6-Y1Q?i=447&cat=492360

Likely birth registration
Dec 1839 Dunmow 12 75
Patient, Martha
mother's maiden surname Johnson

What you posted, peb205, looks very much like a copy and paste from a commercial site, which is not allowed.

You need to actually type out the details from the census.

1841
Duton? Hill, Great Easton
Charles Patient 35 ag lab
Sarah 35
Joseph 13
Daniel 11
William 6
John 4
Martha 1    all bn in county

Then, as jonw65 has already done, we can see what can be found!

Charles Patient married Sarah Johnson, 16 February 1827, Broxted.
You can see a transcription, including witnesses, on FreeReg.

Can I just bob in and say there are several similar 'queries' from peb205 today -- each one quoting a seemingly married woman's name - giving details from a census record and asking for her parents' names.

Not sure whether peb205 is doing a 'fast track' family history or is playing a joke on us all.

OK, Charles and Sarah are parents of Daniel (of other topic)
Charles may have died in 1850?
As there is a death registered in Dunmow district, June qtr (age 55)
But that's older than his rounded down age of 35 in 1841. Burial at Great Easton, 4 June 1850, Charles Patient - age 463/4!!
https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:9Q97-YSL6-BMQ?i=508&cat=492360

With there being no obvious death record, did Sarah remarry?
June 1857 Dunmow 4a 493
Patient, Sarah
Perry, William

and in 1861 in Great Easton (piece 1119 folio 102 page 5)
William Perry Head 55
Sarah Perry Wife 52, born Broxted
James Patient Son in law 19

Broxted being where Sarah Johnson married Charles Patient. So you need that 1857 marriage certificate for the name of Sarah's father! Can also look for a baptism in Broxted.

FreeReg has a baptism of Sally Johnson, 4 June 1809, Broxted.
Parents William and Elizabeth.

It looks quite promising, as it matches the age of Sarah Perry in the census. William Johnson was the name of one of the marriage witnesses in 1827. And on Martha Patient's baptism record in Great Easton, the mother was Sally. So it seems Sarah was also known as that.
