Good evening I found a newspaper article in the Ottawa Journal 8th May 1948 about Ernest Heenan and his bride to be Arleta Winnifred Stone, I also have another wife for him whose name is Yvonne Heenan I don't have her maiden name I have found Ernest's grave in Antigua, Guatemala he died June 18 1995. I can't find any information out about his first wife or his 2nd wife. He came from Liverpool born 1904 any help would be much appreciated.

The marriage announcement states Ernest Heenan was living in New York. Looking around the USA records, there is many many travel records of Ernest, both on ships and airlines, mostly to Mexico and the Caribbean. A few earlier trips has wife Yvonne with him, who it appears had two children with him, a daughter P. M., and a son R. (They might be living, so no names!)
Later trips had wife Arletta with him, although after they married, Yvonne can still be seen travelling the world with the children.
One airline ticket puts Yvonne (middle name Mabel) as a white woman, nationality Haitian, born 1909. (Other trips puts her birthplace as Mexico).
One ship list puts Ernest as an insurance agent.
I'm short on time at the moment, but just putting this out there so you know to look south of the border. I'll dig more later!

I wanted to make my eyes roll, but no matter what parameters I enter into the search, I can't find it!! If you have a minute to backtrack to the image, Crisane, can you put the link in? I want to ::) ::) ::)

I can't bring it up by going direct to familysearch.org either even though ancestry says that is the provider of the image. I have tried by selecting Mexico only as the country to search, by using full name, first and surname, surnam only, first names only, Ernest first and surnames and the same without noting a specific country and no result at all.
There are some records there for Ernest one of which gives his father's name as Thomas and gives the 1911 census for them.
The only record I found for Yvonne was the following and this only came up when I entered the two first names and the surname as Lac* and no other details

Still searching for the marriage and came across this immigration record but the writing is very faint.

There are a few 'Immigration" records for her. I just entered Yvonne Lacau* No other informtion at all. A few records but none of them the marriage!

Found an obit for Yvonne's sister...Globe and Mail newspaper.
Kathleen Lacaud Cooper died January 30 1989. Mother of D. and R. Sister of Yvonne Keenan and Helen Cooper. Doesn't say where she died, or where she is buried, or where she died. I assume Toronto.... funeral is at St. Clements Church, Briar Hill, Toronto.

In 1959 Yvonne M Heenan, born 15 Aug 1908, born Mexico DL. flew from Mexico to New York in transit to Canada to her permanent address of 439 Victoria Ave, Montreal.
Looking at the Voters List for Westmount Quebec in 1957, Yvonne (secretary) and student son Roy are living at 439 Victoria Ave.
Jumping ahead to 1972, there is an Yvonne Heenan in Westmount Quebec at address of 600 Belmont Ave., but nothing else to ensure it is the same Yvonne.
