I've found what looks like Jane in 1871 with her parents Robert and Elizabeth Dunbar.  Jane has two children with her Elizabeth B born 1869 and John born 1870.

Hubby is not with her for some reason.

Address is Back Ramble, Alves, Moray, Scotland

Have started a search of John McKenzie my heritage and it lists children being born to him and Jane in Stirling also including the children mentioned  but don't think this is correct as he would haven't about 16 children to jane

Have been researching the McKenzie family on family search and it lists further children for John and Jane in Stirling but don't think this information is correct .Think someone has merged two families together.

This is the same  family I found for John McKenzie and Jane Dunbar ..most of them born Banchory Ternan...Don't see any census records for this family in Stirling ...possible 2 deaths in Banchory Ternan 1879 for a John McKenzie age 9 and a Robert McKenzie age 7 as they don't appear on the 1881 Census

1881 Census at Raemoir Road, Banchory-Ternan
John McKenzie 39 Grocer's van driver born Ferintosh, Ross and Cromarty
Jane wife 35 born Alves, Moray
Elizabeth, 12, born Garmouth, Moray
Roderick, 7, born Banchory-Ternan
Catherine, 5, born B-T
Jane, 3, born B-T
Helen, 2, born B-T

I looked on FamilySearch for these supposed other children born in Stirling with a view to finding them in the 1881 census too but couldn't find them. Not surprised, really, if you found them on MyHeritage. I often wonder where that site gets its fairy tales from.
