Title: Semi detached Pitville close, 1930s
Post by: ainslie on Tuesday 24 April 18 10:35 BST (UK)
Can any of our skilful artists remove the fold-marks from this shot of a 1930s house please?

Ainslie, would you be able to rescan the photo at a higher resolution, please, and re-send it. You're allowed up to 500kB and yours is less than 40kB, so it's like looking at Lego blocks when we zoom in to do the repairs. If you scan it at 300 dpi it should be about right.
Cheers,
Peter

Will do, but have to go out first.  Thanks for interest.

I have rescanned at 300 dpi but cannot reduce the image enough to post it.  Will try again later when I get to grips with it better.

Unfortunately, Ainslie, the second one is even smaller... so I've had a go using the first. I've done one in the original hue, and - as an Anzac Day special! - I've thrown in a black & white version for no extra charge. ;D
Cheers,
Peter

Many thanks for your two versions, which are much better than the original and will add to the family album.
Happy Anzac Day!
