Hello ,I wondered if anyone might have an idea about the date of this photo judging by the clothes and hat please ?

I`d say around early 1900`s to early 1920`s,The next style had short simple shift-like dresses and cloche hats."Flappers"- after WW1.
A younger woman may have been a bit more in fashion so it could have been taken as late as 1920`s.
I`m thinking of wedding photographs when the more mature women were still in the style fashionable before the wedding date. There are some in my family ,the bride in a 1920`s tube dress also the bridesmaids but the mature women dressed in the style fashionable some years before.Hope this helps you to have at least some idea of the time.
Viktoria.

As no one else has had a punt so far, and bearing in mind it is difficult to tell having no skirt or footwear to help, I would go for early 20th Century..... Edward VII. :-\
When I make this kind of comment it always opens the flood gates for people telling me I am wrong, so watch this space.......

Think Mary Poppins.
Early twentieth century. I’m going for 1910.

Thank you both , really helpful , I see the number 462 above and below her , do you think it might be a passport photo or maybe one from a booth ?

I would say late Edwardian as hat size started to decrease. It could be a passport photo or some form of ID card.

Not passport, not allowed to have a hat on, and I don’t think you ever were.
In any case I don’t think, someone may know better, that passports were commonly held until after WW1

I was wondering if this could be her as well ? or same era ?

No. Look at her ear lobes

A different - younger - lady, but certainly the same era: as Carol indicated for the first photo, late Edwardian, and I think the hair style worn by the second lady started in about 1907.
