Well he seems to have survived the war, as there are 3 Taylor/Sink births in Ipswich 1946-1951.

The fanily appears to have stayed in Ipswich, if Joyce is the Joyce Taylor b 29.09.1922 who died there in 2005.

That birthdate is consistent with the birth reg of Joyce Sink mmn Durrant, Dec qtr 1922 Ipswich.
