There's a baptism at Luckington on 25 Jun 1775, Martha Vizor daughter of Joseph and Mary

The above link should take you to the Wiltshire OPC site for Foxley baptisms. Aaron was born to Joseph and Jane not Mary. They had 9 children, none of them called Martha.
The only Martha Vizor baptism I can find is the one mentioned in the previous post in Luckington.

There was a Joseph and Mary having children baptised in Luckington, and a Joseph and Jane having children baptised in Foxley, but the dates overlap. In other words, it doesn't appear to be the same Joseph with different wives.
It seems quite possible that the two Josephs were related, but you'll need to go further back to find the connection.

The Vizors are very remotely connected to my wife's family from that area, and she briefly looked into them - about 25 years ago! (NB - the surname is also found as Vizard, Vizar etc.)
There is a possibility that the two Josephs were cousins, both being descended from Arthur and Hannah Vizor of Easton Grey. However, this is just a possibility, not an established fact. Arthur of Easton Grey left a will, proved 1700, Archdeaconry of Wiltshire.
Research is inevitably a bit speculative, as registers are missing for some years, BTs are also patchy, and there aren't many wills to fill the gaps.

Mary HOLBOROW to Thomas RIDLEY 22 Nov 1763 Luckington

You might be right with the above. I'm descended from their daughter Mary who was born around 1769. I couldn't find any other siblings or the death of her mother.

Hi Sikes.
On Familysearch.Org there are these Children christened to JOSEPH/MARY Ridley in Luckington;
ANN 27 May 1764
THOMAS 22 June 1766
MARY 9 April 1769
JOHN 15 December 1771
I searched 1761-1781
Now even though John was christened Dec 1771 and Mary Ridley, Widow, married Joseph Vizer May 1771 is doesnt mean that all this info is incorrect.
(it would be interesting to see if it says Father deceased on that christening)
Mary may have had John early 1771 and he was not christened until after she remarried.
I cant find a Burial for Thomas Ridley c 1770 on line and as I am not in England cant help with a look up in Parish Records.
Did your Mary marry 1791 to Joseph Roundthwait ?
Trish :)
