Help, please.  I cannot find the following David Graeme MacLaren Death: 14 Jun 1959 Transvaal Estates Death Index (Master of the Supreme Court, Pretoria) Reference Number: 4108/59.

4108/59 doesn't seem to be online (yet?), unless it is hidden somewhere. 1959 stops at 3800/59.
