Title: Thomas Osborne - can this image be improved?

This is an image of my great uncle who died in WW1. Is it possible to improve it particularly with regard to the discolouration?

Anyone up for the challenge?

John I think you had done a fantastic job - the pram & young Tom look much sharper - is that a studio backdrop or has it been taken outside  :-\

This is another lovely restore - the original image is in a pretty poor state so this will be treasured.

Gorgeous restore Carol for this happy baby - I love the 'framing'.
Tom died on the first day of the Battle of the Somme  :(

I thought it must be outside with the natural sunlight on Tom's face & the baby carrier but I was confused by the background - entrance to a park perhaps?
