This is an image of my great uncle who died in WW1. Is it possible to improve it particularly with regard to the discolouration?
Anyone up for the challenge?

John I think you had done a fantastic job - the pram & young Tom look much sharper - is that a studio backdrop or has it been taken outside :-\

I thought it must be outside with the natural sunlight on Tom's face & the baby carrier but I was confused by the background - entrance to a park perhaps?
