The event date was 22 Dec 1854 (ie date of newspaper) so the best I can find
Dundee, Perth, and Cupar Advertiser December 22, 1854 At Mill St Perth on the 7th inst Mrs John Murdoch of a daughter

There is only one baptism on SP in the Perth or Angus area, the birth might have been the 7 Dec?
