Title: Camborne Mines
Post by: toby webb on Thursday 31 May 18 10:09 BST (UK)
I recently laid my hands on "Cornwall’s Central Mines. The Northern District 1810 – 1895   by T.A.Morrison.  1980". It is highly relevant and would reveal much if I knew which mine a great aunt worked in. Can anyone advise me if mines kept personnel records which have survived? I am talking about a 15 year old girl working as a tin miner in 1881. Thanks for any help. Toby.

The county archives might be able to help:
