I do have this cert but im not sure if its best to post on the forum or post to someone on private mail as don't know rules etc
im keen to use any info found on the cert or understand what it all includes
can anyone help me out

You can post the sections that you can't understand, but don't post the whole document.
-
As you found the cert online that means other people can too. Would you like to give us the aunt's name, what year is on the cert and where this took place?
Also indicate which bits you are uncertain about?
-
yes certainly
helen Samuel age 31 married Robert McIntosh age 35 in Toronto York Ontario 19th November 1928
both Scottish
I found it on ancestry
and I would love to find a death cert or any info on this couple as nobody back in Scotland knows anything after this cert
thank you apologies for delay in reply

What were you not sure about Ryan?
To me it is a marriage certificate giving the names and details of the bride and groom in the middle section of the record. On the left are details of the witnesses and bride and grooms parents. The bride, groom and both sets of parents are stated to be born in Scotland.
Birth year of Robert is c1893 and Helen c1897.
-
Ryan needs some help with the groom's parents: James McIntosh and Margaret ?
Presumably married in Scotland but I can't see anything likely on Scotlands people
-
That is an error I have found that the names are James and Margaret Mcintosh in the cert it looks like
mclintosh, also Margaret’s maiden name
Is sharp
Rather than shalt
I want to trace the couple Helen Samuel and Robert Mcintosh and thought that witness or address would help or I wasn’t sure if any other clues could be found on the cert
This is a fresh go at finding the couple Helen and Robert
I would love to find Helen as she is the only Samuel member I have no death record or info on after the marriage cert

Help
-
The witnesses were Geo C Benjamin and Grace W Benjamin, 74 Stibbard Avenue, Toronto
-
Well I don't know if this is any help, but I have found a Mr & Mrs Robert McIntosh living at 337 Melrose Street, in the York-Humber, Ontario district on the Canada, Voters Lists, 1935-1980 in 1965.
This would make the couple late sixties/early seventies. Robert is a salesman.
Do you know if they had any children?
-
Wow that is fantastic I don’t know about children , where did you find the record ? Can you send me a copy please ? Would this clue help us find them?
Ryan
Topic moved to Canada as requested.
