Title: CHANT Family - West Chinnock, Somerset

I have traced the CHANT/CHAUNT line of my family back to one William Chaunt who was born in 1563, died in 1614, and was married to one Alice White. He is my 12 x great grandfather, but I am wondering if anyone has been able to get back beyond the 16th century?

Hey Joany,

That site doesn't look familiar to me, I would have to do some digging around to find where I found the information - I have been digging into other parts of my family, as well as my wife's, and it is a tad hazy.
