This is George Edwards my uncle.
He is a bit of an hero in the Edwards family. He joined the original SAS in about 1941 / 42. He fought alongside the French resistance and helped liberate France! then into Norway and helped Liberate Norway. Born in Wolverhampton in 1912.
My father Ernest Edwards was on this photo with George but someone removed it and part of Georges shoulders in doing so. I don't have the original but I would love it to be restored and made a little clearer to go alongside of his brother Ernest in my album, they were such good friends in life they deserve to sit alongside each other in my album. Thanks Sylvia
