Marriage   
09/1946 Falmouth Cornwall

How do you know her parents were French?  What is the source of that info?

What year was she born and where?  If she died from 1969 onwards - her death reg will show her full date of birth

Samuel appears to have been born in 1916

Have you looked for her on the 1939 register?

Have you bought a copy of the marriage cert to establish her fathers name and occupation?

There appears to be at least 5 children born to this marriage up to 1964 and probably still living - have you contacted any of them to see if they can answer your question?

there is a tree on A******y which doesn't give her parents -but names her as Charlotte Marie Delahaye (although middle initial is trancribed as A on marriage reg) born 1 Aug 1923 Tourlaville Normandie France and died 13 Jan 2015 Cornwall
