Title: Cilcain
Post by: Quarryman on Wednesday 20 June 18 19:57 BST (UK)
My ancestor Harry ap John moved from Llansannan to Cilcain (or Kilken as it is in bishops transcripts)
in the early 1700s. I thought he would be an agricultural labourer and work on the land, but I have since learned that Cilcain "had an industrial history". Does anyone know what this industry was.

Harry married Mary Davies "of Aberchweeler" in 1741.
