I wonder if anyone can help - or offer suggestions.
There is a family reunion taking place shortly in Long Marston and am trying to find possible great grand children of Herbert Samuel Mead.
Herbert had two daughters one of whom, Gwendoline, married Norman Dymock in 1947. Gwendoline died in 2005.
Gwendoline had a daughter, Janet, born in 1950 thought to have died in 2011.
Janet married Gerald K Jones in Aylesbury in 1976.
I understand that no details of living people can be published but perhaps a PM if anyone can find any trace of these children.
I'd be extremely grateful as I've exhausted all avenues that I can think of.

There are 4 Jones children with mother Dymock on FreeBMD after 1976 but none in Buckinghamshire.

I can't answer your question but I saw your family name so I thought I'd say hello. My family came from Watford in the 16th and 17th centuries. Before that I don't know - there were a lot of them in Bucks and around Tring, Pitstone, Ivingho. So, not too far away.

Who knows? There were many mobs of Meads around Bucks, Herts and Beds; been there a long, long time. I don't know how far you've got with your investigations but we could well be connected somewhere in the past. Feel free to PM me if you want any specific details.

I think Janet died in Swansea 28.7.2012 aged 62. She left a will and is shown as Janet May Jones. Her birth reg has her as Janet N
