Title: birth of William Morgan 1863-1866

Looking for the birth of William Morgan ,parents William Morgan and Mary Richards . Born Merthyr Tydfil 1863-1866 according to 1881 census.Birth of his brother John and his sister Mary found but no trace of William's birth.Any help or ideas appreciated. Thankyou Alun.

Hi Arrowroots. Yes I believe I have given it my best shot .With all the replies which I have received and chased all leads to no avail, must give myself a rest before I start looking again. I am sure William Morgan's birth registration is out there and am determined  to carry on looking.Would like to thank  Rootschat and all its members for all assistance given . Regards Alun.
