Catherine married a John Harrison sometime in the mid 1820s and is recorded in 1841. 1851 and 1861.

However, I cannot find a baptismal record to discover her parents. Can anybody help?

Is birth year 1803 (age 48) on the 1851 Census? Now a widow?

Is it 1801 by 1861 (age 60)?

Catherine Bunce christened a Son Charles Bunce 09 OCT 1825 Astley, Worcestershire.

The are 5 Bunce children baptised 1789-1794 in Astley, parents Joseph and Hannah - but cannot spot a Catherine.

On the '41 Census there is a Mary Bunce, 50, in the Harrison household - who could be the Mary Bunce, bap 1794 to Joseph and Hannah?

Catherine Harrison named one son Joseph, bap 1836.

All very speculative.

1871 she is born c 1801 Astley

Also further down the page in 1841 Census is a Joseph Bunce age 50

Two of the Harrison daughters are with a Mary Bunce in 1851. This one was born in 1779 and was the daughter of William and Margaret. Mary had three illegitimate children and I was wondering if Catherine was the fourth!

I know the ages are all over the place, but it's not the first time I've come across this problem.  :)

Later That Joseph was living tally with Ann Phillips who he married in 1843.

Is this "your" Catherine (see what you mean about ages varying!!) -

Catherine Harrison, age 78, buried 2 Jan 1875, Astley (born c. 1797)

The GRO registration has age 78, registered Dec Qtr 1874

The more info I collect the more confused I get about this lady.  ???

Especially her age!
1841: 30 (1807-1811)
1851: 40 (1811)
1861: 60 (1801)
1871: 60 (1801)
Burial: 78 (1797)

Still like to confirm her parents though.
