Hi,
Y have a variety of threads on rootschat that i have posted over the years. It has been suggested that I try to amalgamate them into a cohesive request. This i have done but iI am not sure where to post it as it has references to Eire, Scotland and the armed forces. Would it be best to break it further and post the parts in indvidual forums or to post everything in all three?

It will be better to keep them where they geographically belong if you are looking for specific geographical information. Chatters trying to help here tend to keep to the boards and resources they know most about.
However, if there is a cross over betweens the posts, please copy and paste the URL from the top of the screen and refer people to the related topic so they don't duplicate what you already know.
