My husband's grandfather had worked for the Birmingham Small Arms Company in Birmingham. He died whilst part of the 119th Siege Battery on Sunday 25th August 1918 and is buried at St. Sever Cemetery Extension, Rouen. He left a widow, Edith Blakemore, and 3 children. Another child was born Dec Qtr 1918 but died Mar Qtr 1919.Soldier No. 190766.
