Have you confirmed there is a headstone?
-
No I haven't. Just hoping there might be a head stone.

On the Caernarvon Traders site for Llanbeblig Burials it states John Thomas Hughes' address was Penlon, Hirael Bangor age 60 and Margaret's address Penlon Yard, Bangor age 69. Emyr Borth a fellow member of Rootschat is very knowledgeable on this area and can sometimes get the Monumental Inscription information why don't you send him a personal message.

Hi
Since moving away from Caernarfon area I rarely go there now. There are copies of the Monumental Inscriptions booklets (7 or 8 volumes) for Llanbeblig at the Archives in Caernarfon.

Thank you for your helpful reply
Will visit in September The Caernarvon record office is very unhelpful insisting that I purchase death certificates in order to check details. I don't have this problem in Anglesey !
Kind Regards
Eryl

Hi
The Records office and Archives are not the same. The Records office will not have info on monument inscriptions.
