Title: GRO - Payment Problem

Good Evening

I am attempting to purchase a marriage certificate from the GRO but when I get to the payment screen the bottom part where you click that you are not a Robot (please complete this challenge).  I click and nothing further is happening eventually it just times out. 

Is anyone else have the same problem with this site today?

One possible reason perhaps?

Q6. Why do I keep returning to the order summary page when trying to checkout?
Some customers using Firewall software on their PC's are unable to proceed through the checkout whilst their firewall is activated. In case of difficulties, please contact your firewall provider for advice.

I was not that problem as I had used the site a couple of weeks ago so I know I do not have a problem with my firewall.

I did try to check out via WiFi and via my mobile data but both hung in the same place.  But fortunately my cert requests stayed in my shopping basket.

I returned this morning to try again and it proceeded with no problem.

Oh well, good to hear that it has now gone through.   :)    Some temporary glitch maybe?
