Title: General Jackson pub, 19 High Street Hartlepool 1901 CLOSED
Post by: Mart 'n' Al on Thursday 09 August 18 15:22 BST (UK)
I am trying to find who was staying at or near to this pub on the 1901 census, and I'd be grateful for help, please.  High Street was on the Headland, running east, from the end of Southgate towards St Hilda's church.  I can find census entries for Town Wall, just to the south, but nothing for Southgate nor High Street.

15:32 UPDATE I just found the even-numbered side, but still no #19.  (RG13/4635, Piece 04635, Image 00134)

15:39 OK, I just found it after weeks of looking...
