Hi,
Wonder if someone has access to Billing Road cemetery records? Looking for a burial for Doris Lucy Robinson in 1936 and Daisy Ellen Robinson in 1931. Their parents and sister were buried at Billing Road, and as they were unmarried when they died I'm wondering if they might have been buried there too.

There are only just over 400 headstones left in the Cemetery nowadays.

Surprised there's that many, Sandy - the only time I went there, it seemed really empty of stones!

I know PrawnCocktail, but in 2012 I was given a list of the surnames on the remaining stones (with other members also) and it was for 476.

Sandy had kindly found the details for Benjamin, Lucy and Evelyn for me before so I thought Id just ask for Doris and Daisy in case they were there too and you've come up trumps again!

Thomas Wells father of Lucy Ellen Wells (became Robinson). Born Piddington around 1838. Married to Lucy Ellen Lillie. She died in 1909 and I'm struggling to find anything for Thomas after that. In 1901 he was living in St Edmunds Street and was a caretaker of schools. Maybe Thomas & Lucy Ellen Wells are both at Billing Road too?
Hope you can solve that one for me too!

Well I have found Lucy at Billing Road.
Lucy Ellen Wells, 37, Ethel St, died April 1st 1909, buried April 6th 1909 in Grave No. 13413

This could be Thomas, correct age, although not in same grave.
Thomas Wells 37, Ethel St, died Oct 27th 1909, buried Oct 30th 1909 in Grave No. 12989

I think the problem was Thomas is noted as being 80 at death in the GRO whilst he is noted as being 70 in the Interment Book.
