I have a 1989 marriage license/licence for a probable relative but it doesn't give parents' names.
Is there any way that I can obtain more details? I've checked the newspapers that I have access to just in case there was an announcement. I think it might have been a second marriage. Parties are still alive. I have their SS numbers.
Any help guidance, etc. gratefully received.
