The General Registration Office (GRO) has birth registrations for
Alfred Tibbitts, Jun Qtr 1891 and William Henry Tibbitts, Sep Qtr 1889, both registered Aston - mother Woolley.

The 1891 Census (ref RG12  2434  96  13) has William Tibbitts, age 28, Eliza Tibbitts, age 23 with young William, 1.
