Susan Casey born 4th October 1867 in Mohill, County Leitrim [Roman Catholic parish record]. She died 6th January 1936 in Armagh. She was a pedlar and a laundress.
Her parents were Thomas Casey and Margaret Clyne who married in 27th September 1859 in Mohill, County Leitrim [Roman Catholic parish record] The witnesses were Dan McGinnis and Mary Cole
I am interested to find information on her parents and whether she had any brothers or sisters.
-
Are there others in the Roman Catholic parish records??
-
i dont know
-
Thomas Casey and Margaret Clyne married in 27th September 1859 in Mohill....does the record give her age?
Do Baptisms exist c.1839?
Do Marriage exist for 1830's?
If so, then all you can do is scroll through them.
-
i dont know
Have you not looked?
-

Have you checked for Birth Registrations for her?
Have you checked for Birth Registrations for siblings?
https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/civil-search.jsp just put Surname, Mohill as District and Year range e.g 1864 to 1880 in appropriate boxes

Don't see it in Register

For the record, the parish register entry:
Sept. 27th. Married Thomas Casey & Margret Clyne
presence of Dan McGinnis & Mary Coleman (?)
It's 23 lines down from the ruling at the top of the page:

Thanks... didn't spend much time looking.

thanks sorry been away for a few days. I have the registry entry for the marriage. Do you think its strange there are no children in the period from the marriage in 1859 until john casey 1865? Have i missed something?

in any register

Have you checked civil reg for them?
Just put Surname in and time frame, tick Births and search.
From there you can just select each of the Districts in Leitrim from list on left
-
These appear to be James Casey and Margaret McMorrow

Dathai.... what Web browser are you using?
-
I am a bit confused now
-
That is why I advised you to check birth registrations... see who the mother was for any registrations.
Also you get to know how many fathers with same name were around!
Check Birth registration even in 5 year blocks 1864 -69 1870-74 etc etc.....
