Hello
I'm in the process of Writing out my 10th grt grandfathers Will, But I cant read some of the handwriting which is making it difficult for me to transcribe it.
I would very much appreciate it if someone with a keener eye and ability to understand the writing more correctly than I can, Could write what it says?
I shall post in snippets.

Unfortunately its not letting me post enough, file size wise in snippets to show the whole will, Even though it is only one page.
The will is on FindMyPast. Under, Richard Dudley of Cosby, Leicestershire 1710

Not quite sure what you mean by this Fenboy.
You are limited to a maximum of 900 kbs on a post here on Rootschat, and maximum size per image of 500kbs.
Plus it contravenes Rootschat copyright policy to post a whole document all in one go.
How about posting, say, the top third - with a file size under 500 kbs, and we'll look at that first.
You can always post the rest in bits afterwards.

It doesn’t look too hard to read. Are there specific words that are eluding you, or are you struggling with the writing generally?
-
Ah, I think I got confused and thought I could only have 4 image posts per thread not per reply.
It was the writing in general, Some words I was fine with but a few chunks I couldnt make out.
I suppose its easier to just image copy those chunks.

It was mainly pertaining to where he held land. I can see the bits Cosby and Broughton Astley but couldnt make out if it was indeed farm in the cosby line and what it fully said on the broughton astley line.
*Farme in Cosby?
'My house and *lands?* with ??? in broughton astley

My Ffarme (Farm) in Cosby?
Correct, can be transcribed either as ffarme or Farme.
Just for the future, it's best not to add the underlining to your snips. We need to be able to see the bottom parts of the letters.
In the case of this clip - for a more difficult or ambiguous text - we would need to see the whole of the letters f, C, s & y to give an authoritative reading.
Otherwise your clips are fine. We can easily identify the right text without the underlining.
