Looking at the other thread there is a lot of church records, many of these will now have the image of the civil record online
The marriage of Maurice and Elizabeth Lyons tells you that Daniel his father was a Mason which might help in the search for him.

Possible death for Daniel
1887, aged 63, married, informant daughter Mary? Sullivan, need to work out the place name Boherber or similar.

A Denis O'Sullivan married Mary Anne Flynn from Boherbee Tralee 1890, her father was Daniel a mason

They moved to Dublin so don't think any more clues to get from this family.
1901

1911

although the baptism of some of their Kerry born children do give other Flynn names possible sibling of Mary Ann and hopefully Maurice.

This woman if her age is correct is about 10 years younger that the Daniel who died in 1887 but possible.
Honoria Flynn Boherbee died 1892, aged 57 widow of Stone Mason informant may not be family, Sarah Newton.

Botherbee appears to also be spelt Botherboy and Botherbouy, it'a an area in the town of Tralee.

As you know already Daniel was married to Honoria Cronin and their marriage has no parents names

Between the two threads I think you have all of Maurice's siblings, you can look up marriages for them here
https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/civil-search.jsp
and births of children
but with out parents names on the marriage I don't think you can get back any further with Daniel and Honoria.

does anyone know where i could find passenger records to try and find out when my grandfather Stephen came to England and did any of his siblings also travel to England

There was no need for passenger records between Ireland and England as Ireland was part of the UK until 1922. Even after that I don't think the passenger records were kept for any great length of time.
Far too many ferrys crossing back and forth to keep that much paperwork

Thanks i have a cousin who is hoping to visit county Kerry next year so he might find something out, their must be descendants of my Flynn still living in that area i contacted a local newspaper to see if they would put a piece in the local paper to enquire as to if any local resident had any info, but they never replied.
So i think i will now await any news my cousin can find.
Thanks once again for your help.

Have you looked for marriages for Stephen's siblings? Knowing where they ended up would help indicate if there is still family in the area.

1901
http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1901/Kerry/Tralee_Urban/Boherboy/1430135/
Father Maurice died 1909
https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/images/deaths_returns/deaths_1909/05440/4521979.pdf

by 1911 the family was split up
son Maurice going by age and occupation

Susan Bertie and Stephen
http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1911/Kerry/Tralee_Urban__part_of_/Moyderwell/282164/

1911 Nov Susan married James Driscoll a soldier

No obvious births for this couple. Could they have gone to England bringing Stephen and Bertie with them?

If Thomas and Maurice did get married it doesn't appear it was in the Tralee area.

I don't know where mother Elizabeth went. If she died by 1911 it's possible the children never registered her death.

Having just read your last reply maybe it was just Stephen that came to England

James Driscoll most likely served in WWI, if you can it might be worth looking for a service record, although many were destroyed in WWII bombings.
If you can find what regiment he was in it may be possible to work out if they had lived in England and Susan had returned to Ireland after he died.
Sometimes children are listed.

It might be worth asking on the Armed Forces board.
http://www.rootschat.com/forum/armed-forces/
if you do be sure to include all the details you have about him.
Married, who when where
Father, who occupation.
We don't know if he was from Tralee or even Ireland, but it's quite likely he was.
