Betsy WAIN/E was the eldest daughter of Charles WAIN/E and Susanna DUCKETT. According to the 1861 Census Betsy was born abt 1846 the eldest daughter.
in the 1861 Census the family were living at Woodshiers Green, Exhall, Foleshill, Warwickshire. Registration district: Foleshill; Enumeration district: 15; Archive reference: RG09; Piece number: 2198; Folio: 104; Page: 15
Charles & Susanna married 23 Jul 1862 about a month before they departed for Australia.

As you said Charles/Susanna married 23 Jul 1862 (its on FreeREG) he was 40, a Bachelor!
Cant seem to find Baptism for any of the children under Wain or Duckett.
