In the Sheffield Independent - Sheffield, Yorkshire 29 March 1823 there is an article where goods are being auctioned from Bole Hill Farm, Fullwood. The farm was occupied by Mr Joseph Glossop. Therefore I presume he would be the owner in 1823 (no article for 1822)

Just had a look at another article it would appear that after Joseph Glossop was leaving the farm on 2 April 1823 the farm would be let. Perhaps Joseph was only the tenant farmer.

Tithe records c1820s-1830s, depending on area. There are accompanying maps. You can see which fields belonged to each farm.
Search for newspaper adverts about the farm around time of Ralph Harrison's death. Also in any farming press. Look up the farm's name in local 19thC newspapers. They carried reports of agricultural shows, livestock auction sales and other farming news.
If the farm was part of a large estate there may be estate papers containing leases, possibly in local archives.
Consult early Ordnance Survey maps too, in case name of farm changed.
