In the Bath Chronicle and Weekly Gazette - Saturday 18 April 1914 there is a notice for the sale of the Moorfield Brick and Tile Works, Oldfield Park, Bath, the estate of Mr. Charles Harding. Are these the brickworks you mean?

On this map they are called the Moorland Brick and Tile Works, if they are the same ones. https://www.old-maps.co.uk/#/Map/373675/163842/12/100545
This 1886 map shows the Moorfield Brick and Tile Works but they are not there on the 1903-1904 map.

There are also the Victoria Brick and Tile Works https://www.old-maps.co.uk/#/Map/373325/164120/12/100545
In the Bath Chronicle and Weekly Gazette - Saturday 04 March 1916 there is a report which mentions Mr. T.H.D. May Chairman of the "Victoria Brick and Tile Co."
So it really depends on which ones you mean.

Apparently Thomas Hughes Delabere May, established the Victoria Brick and Tile Co near Dartmouth Avenue in 1887. The works were connected to the Somerset and Dorset Railway railway by a siding known as May’s Siding.
From the Bath Chronicle and Weekly Gazette - Thursday 29 May 1890

The London Gazette 17 April 1931 Issue:33708 Page:2512 has a notice that a petition for the winding up of the Victoria Brick and Tile Company Limited was presented to the High Court of Justice on 13th April 1931.

Slightly off topic but....... when I was an apprentice C1959 I was working on a housing site. At that time there was a severe shortage of bricks but my boss managed to find a stock of about 30000 bricks which originally came from Victoria Works at Dartmouth Avenue and which enabled our work to carry on unhindered. They were not very good bricks, only fit for inside work, odd sizes and mis-shapen and very difficult to cut cleanly. If you weren't careful they just shattered. Certainly not fit for facing work outside.
