Hello,
Though I cannot name her directly because she might be still alive, I was wondering if someone would be able to help me locate a birth record for a woman that might be a relation to me.
The woman lived in London, around the Islington and Southwark area. Her father was Walter Alfred Francis Tillcock. She is the informant on his death record in 1970.
She married a Percy C Sanders in 1958 and as far as I am aware at the moment, had no children, though I could be wrong.
I am not sure whom the mother is, but that is the reason why I am looking for the birth record. Her mother might have been a Frances Fitzpatrick, but I cannot find a Tillcock born under Fitzpatrick.
She was born in the 1930s.
Any help would be appreciated. I created a topic that dealt with her father, but I have decided to start a new topic as this is not directly related to the 1939 register.
my thanks :)

Walter Alfred Tillcock married Frances Fitzpatrick in Islington in Dec 1935.
It's possible that your lady was adopted,so born with a different name altogether.
Or that her mum was married before becoming a Fitzpatrick of course,so mmn would be that.

I think she may have been born 1932 mmn Fitzpatrick (freebmd)

We have to be very careful about searching for people who are possibly still alive, if you have her married surname and husbands Christian names I am sure they can be found by yourself

That's a very cryptic clue. Which quarter and registration district?

Hi Phillip,
Its looks to be the most plausible record for her. I will let you guys know if it is the right one when it arrives.
