Hi, I have this pendant I got 50 years ago from an aunt since deceased. Can anyone identify where it might be from?

Holy Roman Empire, or Russian.
It has the look of an Order's neck decoration. The double headed eagle is typical.
But, it looks like a cheaper version. With that coat of arms, I wonder if it is an association or society.
Regards
Chas

I would agree with Kiltpin.
The double-headed eagle is holding, in it's claws, a mace and an orb.
That tends to be associated with the Russian Empire, or the Russian Federation?

Rietstap's Armorial Général has the following entry for this coat of arms (it would be blazoned in English as: Azure a chevron argent between three keys or):
Roslin D'azur, au chevron d'argent, acc. de trois clefs d'or.
The Roslin family comes from France.
