I have a John Page bpt. 3 Feb.1750 Baldock Parents John and Judith. ( That's all I have for him). Also Anne Pinnock bpt. 24 May 1753 Baldock parents Nathaniel Pinnock /Penock/Peenock and Anne(Seymour) and a marriage for John Page to Ann Pinnock 8th Feb. 1797 Baldock.
My problem is are these the two in this marriage as both would have been in their 40s by then.
Any help/information would be appreciated so much, thank you.

Free Reg has the following additional baptisms, all Baldock.
John Page 1766 and 1770. Anne Penock 1753, Anne Pinnock 1775.
Witness to 1797 marriage - Helen Page. Cannot find her baptism. (Possibly Eleanor, 1776)

Thank you Brentor boy, could be a clue in the witness name Helen. I will follow that one up.
-
John, 1770, and Eleanor appear to be brother and sister.
-
That would mean that marriage cannot be my John Page as he was definitely b. 1750s.
Thanks again, maybe mine didn't marry, back to drawing board.
-
How do you know he was born 1750's?
I think you may be missing a generation.
The 1766/1770 Johns are more likely to be the ones who married 1797 in my opinion.
Trish :)
EDIT John 1766 Son of Thomas/Hellen died, buried 1768 (Father Thomas)
They then Bapt another John 1770, Son of Thomas/Ellen

2 Ann Pinnocks Bapt Baldock 1775/1776
-
The John Page I'm trying to trace was bap.3rd Feb.1750 at Baldock son of John and Judith.
He had a brother Thomas bpt 1854 who in turn had a son John Bpt.1 March 1778 and now it appears he was the one possibly to have married Anne Pinnock in 1797. BUT!......
Like I posted previously I had my doubts due to age and so my search for John 1750 continues.
and that leaves the other John Pages/Ann Pinnocks to be confirmed.
In reference to the post from brentor boy about a witness being Helen/Ellen v. it could mean that John Page b.1770 parents Thos and Helen may be the one to marry Ann.
So many Ann Pinnocks to consider as well :-\
Thanks for your interest and help trish.

Your welcome.
I found all of John/Judiths childrens Baptisms on FreeREG but am unable to find anything conclusive for John 1750/1751 other than his Baptism.
