As a start, a 1950 Philadelphia city directory might clarify Alice's surname.  Sorry, though, I don't have access to any directories for that time period.

Looks like "Leonard" to me.

Checking the passenger list Bridget Browne aged 48 years travelled Goales Ireland to Philadelphia PA arriving 8 December 1920 on the Haverford. Nearest relative was Lizzie McCullough, Doon, Draperstown Co Derry. Bridget had been in the USA for 18 years previously - had left in October 1919.

Nearest relative in USA was Mrs Patrick Leonard 2129 North, 13 st Philadelphia.

Could this be your Alice arriving  ??? Does a brother Myles ring a bell ? No sure the 1901/1911 census are showing the correct family.

Philadelphia Passenger List shows Alice Brown aged 38 years - born Goles Co Tyrone -  travelling Liverpool to Philadelphia on the Merion arriving 3 October 1911 - brother Myles Brown. Goles. Plumbridges Co Tyrone.
Sister Mrs Catherine McCullagh 735 N 36 West Phila. Met by sister Mary Bradley/Bradby (not sure  ???)
536 N 36 St Phila.
