Title: 1939 Census Codes
Post by: monthebiff on Sunday 14 October 18 19:59 BST (UK): Could anyone please decipher the codes on the left hand side and tell me what they mean? The entry is my great grandmother Rose Saunders (nee Jennings) who was married twice, once to Saunders and later on to McMahon.

There wasn't a census in 1939! ;D
