I am struggling to find the maiden name of Sarah (1825), the wife of a Peter EDWARDS (1822).
The couple can be found living at Pistill Gwern, Ruthin, Denbighshire in the 1851 census, together with their 2 children also called Peter (1848) and Sarah (1849). By the time the 1871 census comes around Sarah has been widowed and there are three more children - John (1858), Jane (1860) and Edward (1863).
According to the census info, Sarah was born in Llanferres, Denbighshire. Her husband was born Llanarmon, Denbighshire. I think I have found a baptism for Sarah - 23 Dec 1826 to parents Sarah and Edward Griffiths (residing Loggerheads) but there are several possibles baptising Sarahs in Llanferres around that time. I'm guessing these two as Sarah and Edward are two of their children's names.
As for a marriage, with her birth year of 1825/26 and first child born in 1848 I've looked at marriages from 1840 until 1848 but can find nothing.
Can anyone help me both with Sarah's baptism and her marriage. Thank you.

I appreciate that Edwards is not an unusual surname but have you checked the births of the children on the GRO Birth Index for their mother's maiden name?? https://www.gro.gov.uk/gro/content/certificates/indexes_search.asp

Thank you very much. Now to follow up with Sarah's family.

I would double check this with a few of his siblings just in case - You have to register to use the indexes but it is free to search
