Title: Keam Public Schoolhouse
Post by: Martin Briscoe on Wednesday 24 October 18 22:50 BST (UK)
I was updating the Duffus War Memorial on the IWM WMR earlier.  I came across a news item about the unveiling of a War Memorial tablet on Keam Public School in 1920.

It seems to be a private house now.

I have been trying to find an EMail address of someone in the a rea so I could ask but the only place I have found is Lossiemouth Museum.

I don't suppose anyone here knows if the memorial is still there and if not, where it is.  Otherwise anyone know someone in the area who I can ask?

I actually did some work at Keam Schoolhouse around 8 years ago.....beyond that I can't help I'm afraid.

I found that the memorial was moved to Duffus Parish Church when the school closed and is not on display there - the Minister sent me some pictures.

Now on the IWM WMR (https://www.iwm.org.uk/memorials/item/memorial/79479)
