Title: Helen's House
Post by: wayne69 on Monday 29 October 18 20:23 GMT (UK)
Hello,
I'm looking for information about Helen's House. It was situated on Westcliffe Road in Birkdale c1895. I would like to know how it got its name and whether it was a private dwelling or a school. All help and information would be gratefully received and much appreciated.
                                        Many Thanks.

1891 the Chamberlains are still there. (26 Westcliffe Road, Ormskirk) Extended family and servants

1901 I am wondering if the numbering changed. At 26 are just a husband and wife occ Caretaker in Charge (tower?)
