Title: Looking for alternative death for Hannah Holmes
Post by: Milliepede on Wednesday 31 October 18 11:55 GMT (UK)
Born 1837 Lowdham Notts as Hannah Fox.  Various children, co-habitings and marriages ensue (I have info on those) but she is last seen in 1891 Arnold Notts as

Hannah Holmes 54 widow
with son
Samuel Stafford 14
plus
Henry Holmes 17
Sarah Holmes 13

the last two not being her children but that of her late husband Joseph

The most obvious death in 1893 is not hers.  That Hannah was the wife of William Holmes so am looking for an alternative death for her please.

If it helps the rumour is "she died at a ripe old age" so any further sightings would be welcome.

Thank you

Enoch had died before 1911 and Hannah lived in Ripley Derbys (Belper reg dist)
Maybe she moved after then- she wouldn't have to move far to be in Basford reg dist
There is this death reg FreeBMD
