Title: Restoration and Date for William Scott the Bedlington Miner

Hi all,

I'm putting together an album for my Dad with some of our old photos in. I was wondering if anyone would be able to assist me in the restoration of this particularly old photograph and maybe if possible comment upon the style of dress and suggest when it may have been taken?

Unfortunately I do not have this photograph in my possession and haven't seen the original myself for years however I'm half certain it was postcarded on the back.

(if the general brown/sepia colour could be retained, that would be fantastic.)
