I've found this little snippet on FindMyPast, but I don't know quite what it is.
Can anyone help ID it, please?

British Army Service records.

British Army Service records.
Well, yes, I can see that from the dataset heading, but I was particularly wondering if anyone could be more specific ;D
-
I think it is a list of transfers either into or out of the various companies, but without seeing more of the document I couldn't offer anything definite.
Can you provide the citation ref.?

I searched FindMyPast's military records section for
G Hatton
Service No 8475
and apart from his medal card entry, this was the only hit, so the rest of his service history seems to have gone up in smoke :(

Found it!
None the wiser though, it is part of a damaged record in:- Wo 363 - First World War Service Records 'Burnt Documents'.
Hatton Burnt Doc. (https://search.findmypast.co.uk/record?id=GBM/WO363-4/007310690/01058&parentid=GBM/WO363-4/SUPP/183164&fulfillmentTypeKey=6671)
Sorry can't help any further.

They all appear to be 1st Battalion Leicestershire Regiment, list made after May 1917 (from the promotion date of a sgt) by the Infantry Record Office that looked after that regiment. Could be a leave list, look up 8055 Newman where there is a similar typewriter with dates along the bottom and three names (Newman Sturgess and Warrener also appearing).
Just asking Dr Watson for an opinion .

Just had another look and found this in FindMyPast's transcription:-
Originating Record WO 363. 4/2267 Amos Tilley, Leicestershire Regiment
So you have correctly identified them.
Well done MaxD.
What the list is for is still up for debate.
