Trying to access my DNA results on Ancestry after someone asked me to checkout a match and I cannot access them. All I am getting is an advertisement to try DNA testing! I am a regular user of these results, not a newbie. I manage multiple results.
Even looking at profile pages, I am just getting another ad.

Now working again.

I'm in now, but this same issue was very annoying earlier this evening.
-
Thanks for reply. Found it quite odd. Glad it wasn’t just me.
-
Me as well. I was getting very annoyed. But back in now, happily!

Technical glitch. Wonder if anyone contacted them, or figured out for themselves? I find that when I use my tablet that I keep on hitting the DNA discount banner instead of the results. They are determined to get me to get even more of my family to test! ;D

I googled it and one suggestion was to sign out, then in again, or use a different browser - neither of these suggestions worked.
I, too keep ordering another kit in error. Frequently have to empty my basket!

I haven't been able to access mine for a couple of weeks now. So frustrating as I've no idea if I have new matches or not!
-
Gosh, for weeks!!! Have you contacted them?
-
This keeps happening to me too, and my matches are not working properly.
My DNA and one of my parents DNA are coming up as NO SHARED MATCHES!
I have reported it to Ancestry but the more people report the problems directly to ancestry, the more they will take it seriously and do something about it.

I will do but at the moment I've only access to my work PC during lunch breaks as I'm moving house and my own PC is packed away. I do wonder if it's the browser on work PC that is the problem.

I'm confused about all the problems that people are raising on this and other threads about access to Ancestry. I might have not checked my DNA page when others found it down recently but, otherwise, I've not had any problems with the site for months.

added - haliared -some people have suggested that refreshing the page cures the problem.

Just seen that you're accessing from work, Jill - some orgs do prevent access to sites such as Ancestry.
