I am led to believe that this lady was born in St Saviours, Guernsey on 25th December, 1911 consequently does not feature on the 1911 census. Assuming she exists, I would like to discover other members of her family.

This name does appear to be from the Channel Islands as far as I can see
1929 Lancashire electoral registers have a
Doris and an Alexander NOURY living in Lancashire
whether she is connected at this point I don't really know
other than that I cannot find much else apart from a family tree on Ancestry which shows a Doris born 1915
What other information do you have ?

Thank you for your swift reply. She was living in St Saviours in 1927 and she had a cousin called Ellen.

Was Ellen also le Noury and when was she born?

Anc has a Tree which I found after I saw a 1942 Marriage for a Doris A Le Noury 1942 Exeter on FreeBMD. Spouse Robert N HOOPER.
With that info I found this;
Spouse: Robert Norman hooper
Father: william John Le Noury
Mother: Lily May Henry
Birth: 15/08/1915 Guernsey Channel Islands
Death: 10/11/2001 Guernsey Channel Islands
The Tree has her Father dying 1916 in France but closest I can find is;
