A restore from me, I can't help with his age or date I'm afraid but he's lost a lot of hair and is very grey.

My try.
Regarding a date, Ryan, it would really help the dating people if could you post the full card, front and back, including the edges, particularly in this case because his clothing doesn't give a lot away. It doesn't have to be high res., it's just to show the shape, style, edges and lines on the card, details which can in themselves provide important clues for dating.
Cheers,
Peter

Post the back of the card in the morning
Thanks again

It looks like it could be a reprint with a postcard back. I would guess his age to be late 70s

Also noticed there is faint writing or appears so on the back
Thanks

The Kodak Ltd stamp box dates from 1918 - 1938 but as this is a reprint it could have been taken earlier.

Smartened him up a bit Ryan.

I really appreciate the great help
I was looking again and think I have found something with the same
Man and some other family
I will add again to this soon

You are very welcome...it is a reprint most likely done after his death. Hair has been drawn in at the sides and the top. There is evidence of writing on the back but it is too faint to make out. I think the top lettering says No5

Thanks for the detailed info
Here is what I think the photo was copied from below
Can anyone guess date of this one and ages of the woman to the right of photo and left
Could this be grandparents with
Mother to the far right
And grandchildren at front of photo
Any help
Given is greatly appreciated

Oh yes I would say it was taken from this photo, detail is often lost with a reprint hence the areas that have been drawn in, and the background taken out has given him a haircut...I would say the lady on the right was in her 40s and the one on the left in her 70s.

Thank you very much for your help
Really appreciated

My pleasure...I'm pleased that the restoration work has helped you to identify who he is.

Can anyone suggest a date the group photo was taken ?
Ryan

My guess would be 1930s Ryan.
