Post by: rot1927 on Friday 23 November 18 18:24 GMT (UK)
Hi,

I have been trying to find a Charles Frederick Bruce born 1881 Beverley, England. died abt.1961 London, Ontario, Canada?

I believe he married a Lillian May Banks born abt. 1892?  England, died in Canada.
I am trying to find where they lived and if they had any children, any assitance would be really appreciated.

Thank you.

There was a death in Galt for an Arthur Frederick Bruce 15 Sep 1914 at home on Francis Street.  Arthur was 3 months of age - cholera and delicate condition cause of death.  Father was given as Fred Bruce - no mother given.  Might be the first born of your couple.

It looks like Frederick Bruce was in WWI.  Lillian and daughter Lillian travelled back to Canada to Galt in 1919.

Hi Cosmac,

Thank you very much for your research into this for me.
Really very very interesting.  Being in the UK I have difficulty accessing some of these records so a big thank you. :) :)
